Getting started

Create a depot using the name drivers already recognise. Set its working timezone and receiving windows before importing any journeys, then nominate one duty planner to handle corrections during the first week.

Start with a small CSV containing your dispatch reference, collection window, destination and pallet count. Preview the mapping and reconcile the total number of loads with the original planning sheet before inviting the next shift.

Invite dispatchers with their own accounts and agree what planned, arrived and released mean. Record an exception beside its load instead of adding a second planning sheet that will need reconciling later.

Walk through a full shift handover with the receiving team. Keep the old board available for a short review period, compare five completed journeys and decide which corrections belong in the import mapping.
